Project contract based (Estimated completion in 2027)
5.5 Days work per week (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, alternate Saturday full days)
Salary: $8000 to $10000 (depends on experience)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field. Proven track record in leading contract teams and managing tenders for large-scale projects.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards.
Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite.
