Description for Candidates:
Serve as a licensed professional tradesman that oversees work being performed by contractors. Sign off on work orders upon completion to acknowledge work was performed in compliance with state building code requirements. Perform and oversee all facilities related maintenance and repair work.
How you will contribute:
Documentation for Projects: Prepare and deliver to management necessary paperwork to document in-house and contractor work; to include photo documentation, record drawings, equipment manuals, and other project specific materials and documents. Maintain accurate records within our Maintenance Management System.
