**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Support daily cement plant operations through housekeeping, material handling, and equipment support
+ Assist maintenance and production teams to keep the plant running safely and efficiently
+ Perform inspections and identify safety, operational, or equipment concerns
+ Operate mobile equipment and tools as trained to support plant activities
+ Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas throughout the facility
