**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead and coordinate daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient material handling and timely deliveries
+ Supervise, coach, and support terminal personnel while fostering a strong safety-first culture
+ Monitor inventory levels, oversee loading/unloading activities, and ensure accurate documentation
+ Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and customer teams to optimize operations and resolve issues
+ Enforce compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards
