**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Perform routine inspections and assist with maintenance of plant mechanical equipment
+ Support preventative maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operations
+ Identify and help troubleshoot equipment issues alongside experienced technicians
+ Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
+ Follow established safety practices and contribute to a strong safety culture
