Technical Support Analyst

Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Consultant with strong BizTalk expertise to act as the primary support resource for a legacy middleware platform that is being deprecated over the next five years. This is a unique "Keep The Lights On" (KTLO) role that combines stable system maintenance with the opportunity to get involved in the client's new Dell Boomi environment as it is built out. During the initial 3-month phase, you will work on-site with the client's architect to master the legacy systems (PEEF & BizTalk) documenting support. The long-term role will involve maintaining this legacy environment while gradually increasing your involvement in supporting the new Boomi platform
