Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements, and assist MDs with Concur expense claims.
- Support office management activities, including office supplies ordering and liaising with office service providers.
- Handle office entrance intercom, answer incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain filing systems and documentation and prepare correspondence and presentations as needed
- Provide IT support and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
- Process payments of invoices and manage logistics for mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Assist in onboarding of new hires and manage leave requests (annual leave and etc.).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and seamless operations, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
